Description of Service

Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages. Services include: sick visits; diabetes, asthma & high blood pressure care and management; immigration physicals; immunizations; physicals; pediatrics; CHDP exams; lead and TB screenings; women’s health including pregnancy testing and prenatal care, all birth control methods and sterilization; STD and STI testing and treatment; gynecological services including breast and cervical cancer screening; lab work; HIV testing and case management; mental health services including counseling and psychiatry; walk-in clinic.

Call for Hepatitis A vaccines and information. Vaccinations are currently prioritized for high risk groups (homeless, illicit drug user, food service industry workers).

Eligibility

No age limitations for most services. Free breast and cervical cancer screening is provided for women who do not have insurance, who are residents of California, and who meet low-income guidelines. For free cervical cancer screening, must be age 21 years or older; for free breast cancer screening, must be age 40 years or older.

Hepatitis A vaccinations will only be provided for those in high risk groups : homeless, illicit drug user, or food service industry workers.
