Description of Service

Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages. Services include: sick visits; diabetes, asthma & high blood pressure care and management; immigration physicals; immunizations; physicals; pediatrics; CHDP exams; lead and TB screenings; women’s health including pregnancy testing and prenatal care, all birth control methods and sterilization; STD and STI testing and treatment; gynecological services including breast and cervical cancer screening; lab work; HIV testing and case management; male reproductive services; mental health services.

Call for Hepatitis A vaccines and information. Vaccinations are currently prioritized for high risk groups (homeless, illicit drug user, food service industry workers).

Proof of Income Examples: W2 or pay stub.
To Qualify for free breast cancer screening: Must be a California (San Diego County) resident, female 40 years and over, proof of low income and not insured.

Hepatitis A vaccinations will only be provided for those in high risk groups : homeless, illicit drug user, or food service industry workers.
