Description of Service

Offers primary healthcare services and medical appointments to all ages. Services include: sick visits; diabetes, asthma & high blood pressure care and management; immigration physicals; immunizations; physicals; pediatrics; CHDP exams; lead and TB screenings; women’s health including pregnancy testing and prenatal care, all birth control methods and sterilization; STD and STI testing and treatment; lab work; HIV testing; mental health services.***This location offers Every Woman Counts Breast Cancer Screening ***

Call for Hepatitis A vaccine or for information.Call for Hepatitis A vaccines and information. Vaccinations are currently prioritized for high risk groups (homeless, illicit drug user, food service industry workers).

To Qualify for free breast cancer screening: California resident, 40 years and over, proof of low income and not insured.
