Description of Service

Offers individual health education sessions, classes, and community education. Services include individual sessions on Nutrition, Weight Management, Childhood Obesity, and education on chronic diseases such as: Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, Anemia, Asthma, Lactation Support Services, and Baby Basic Classes that emphasize the importance of infant nutrition, baby care and safety, and Lead Poisoning Prevention for children 0-6 years of age.
***This location, Logan Heights is the only clinic that offers the class: Taking Care of Your Diabetes (Spanish) on Saturday.
