General Information

Description of Service

Provides safe, permanent, and affordable housing to people with low-income and who are living with HIV/AIDS. Operates 52 affordable apartment units in the city of San Diego that are rented as permanent homes; not transitional apartments.

HOPWA Emergency Housing Program will be available to case managed clients needing targeted short-term housing.
Clients will need to be seen by appointment and a case manager will need to come to initial appointment.
Will house individuals up to 21 days with individuals being housed one week at a time. Clients will need to have a very solid housing plan that includes housing placement after the housing assistance.
