We are here for you, your family, and our community.

As a local nonprofit organization, 2-1-1 San Diego is the region’s trusted source for information and connections to vital community, health, and disaster resources. Our highly trained staff is here to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and help is available in more than 200 languages.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has impacted every community across the nation. To meet the urgent needs of our community, we work with the County of San Diego, County of San Diego Public Health, Office of Emergency Services, the State of California, our service providers, and Community Information Exchange Network Partners to make sure San Diegans have the most up-to-date, vetted information. We maintain a database of more than 6,000 services and resources that are updated on a real-time basis and our Community Connectors help connect San Diegans to the accurate information they need.

Great Plates: Meals for seniors.

Great Plates Delivered: Home Meals for Seniors and Great Plates 2.0: Dinner Delivered deliver meals to older adults, as well as adults of all ages with health conditions or disabilities, who meet eligibility criteria. The two programs serve different target populations. Click below to learn more.
