Join Sharp HealthCare’s internationally renowned team from Sharp Memorial Hospital’s innovative Generational Health program on October 21, 2026, for a free community event focused on the benefits of staying active as we age. Attendees will hear from physicians, nurses and other health care specialists on topics such as maintaining mobility, functional wellness, longevity and the importance of community engagement. In addition to keynote presentations, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with the experts and choose from a variety of interactive activity sessions, including balance training, integrative therapies, yoga and horticulture therapy. Vendors from Sharp and organizations across San Diego County will also be on hand to showcase resources and opportunities available to support healthy aging for individuals and their loved ones.
