Volunteers will be distributing toys\, clothing\, and other goods to families. \nSIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER* (logistics will be provided after sign-up) \n*May require new registration with a one-time $25 fee to register at HandsOn San Diego; you may apply to waive the fee.  \nOpportunity Requirements & Important Notes\nAttire: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Volunteers are encouraged to dress festively (red or green shirts/sweaters & aprons). Ugly holiday theme sweaters are welcome! DESCRIPTION:This monthly event provides FREE services and resources to everyone.  There is health screening for blood pressure\, blood sugar\, diabetes\, cholesterol\, HIV\, and Hep C.  Medical education and medical consultation by Free medical providers.  Free breast exams and mammogram sign-ups are available. Free vaccines (Flu and COVID-19)\, and low-cost pet services are offered by the San Diego Humane Society.  FREE fresh produce and food distrubution along with opportunity drawings and prizes given to participants.
