Provides public health nurses to promote and preserve health, with a focus on maternal and child health issues and on communicable disease control. Services may be provided in the home or in a clinic. Public health nurses are BSN-registered nurses with course work in community health.

    Provides routine childhood and adolescent vaccines to protect against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, haemophilus influenza type b, pneumococcal diseases, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and meningococcal meningitis. Also provides routine adult vaccines to protect against tetanus, diphtheria, measles, mumps, and rubella. Adults with certain health conditions/risks may be eligible for pneumococcal vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine.

    Flu vaccine for 6 months and older is available. Tdap and pneumococcal vaccine also available to eligible clients. Note that services provided until capacity is reached, which could be sooner than posted end time.
