Alzheimer’s San Diego – ONLINE: Take me Home – Information and Registration Program

In partnership with theCounty of San Diego Sheriff’s Office, the Take Me Home registration eventsupports you by sharing practical tips to manage wandering behavior by peopleliving with dementia. Learn more about the reasons why people with dementia wanderand ways to reduce the risk. The Sheriff’s Department will explain how the TakeMe Home program operates, and share success stories.
