Our work is possible because of our local and national partnerships with nonprofit, government, and corporate entities that help us address the complex challenges facing individuals and families across San Diego.

When you partner with 211 San Diego, you join a community dedicated to improving lives in our region. We work with our partners to launch innovative ideas, address gaps in care, and improve the overall delivery of health and social services. Together, we advocate for the health and well-being of everyone in our community by helping to provide them with a foundation for success: food, shelter, financial assistance, and more.

We curate a database that contains thousands of resources that serve the people in our communities. We maintain the structure of this database by applying the Standards of Inform USA.

Become a 211 Database Partner

What are the benefits?

Pre-Screening

To ensure that agencies are using their resources wisely, we refer only those who meet your agency’s eligibility guidelines.

Promote Your Programs

Target the right audiences to increase outreach and program participation. You have access to our agency phone line giving priority access to our Client Service Representatives.

We are a resource for your staff. We are a free, 24-hour time-saving tool for social workers, doctors, nurses, government officials, and more.

Field the First Call

We serve as the first point of contact to other organizations and can alleviate administrative burden and reduce costs associated with managing information and referrals, allowing affiliated organizations to focus on serving clients rather than finding clients.

Become a Community Information Exchange (CIE) Partner

Join our multi-disciplinary partner network that uses a shared language and an integrated technology platform to deliver enhanced community care planning. To be considered for inclusion in CIE, you must already list your services in the 211 Database and you must meet additional inclusion criteria outlined on the CIE San Diego website.
