Improving Health and Reducing Homelessness through Cross-Sector Partnerships: Insights from California

This webinar will spotlight the experiences of two California pilot efforts that brought together health care and homeless services partners to better serve people experiencing homelessness. A panel discussion, including pilot team members and national experts, will highlight key takeaways on cross-sector collaboration and share practical insights on sustaining partnerships to support individuals who are unhoused. Interested stakeholders from health care, social services, government, and other sectors in California and across the country are encouraged to join this 90-minute event cohosted by CHCS and the Better Care Playbook and made possible by the California Health Care Foundation.
