MyHealth served as the Convener and Data Aggregator for CMMI’s highly successful Oklahoma instance of the Comprehensive Primary Care initiative, which turned in annual Medicare savings of 5-7% per year for all for years of the program, and is currently serving as the Bridging Organization for the Oklahoma’s Route 66 Accountable Health Community.
