ElderHelp, Meals on Wheels and the Challenge Center are hosting a Community Health Fair October 14^th 10:30am-1:00pm. This event is open to the community and will allow seniors and families to connect with programs and resources that help San Diego seniors live healthier, safer, and more independent lives. This event will also offer games & activities, class demos and balance screenings, and raffle prizes.
