Earthquake Preparedness, Hands-only CPR/How to Use an AED & Stop the Bleed Training

Participants will learn earthquake preparedness steps they can do to minimize injuries, and property damage. Recommended actions to take during different situations, such as when in bed, or at a grocery store, will be discussed. Each participant will also learn skills to help a family, friend or neighbor until first responders arrive, such as hands-only CPR, how to use an AED and how to stop excessive bleeding. Certificates will be issued, via email, for the STOP the BLEED Training portion.
