Filing Taxes: Rights and Responsibilities (2024)-LASSD

In our Tax webinar series done in partnership with Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC). and the San Diego Law Library from February-April 2025, our Tax team will discuss key information for filing taxes 2024 including:

• Key information for filing 2024 taxes
• Selected 2024 tax topics discussion and updates: 1099-K income, Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), Child Tax Credit (CTC) and other tax credits.  CA Credits: CalEITC, Young Child Tax Credit (YCTC) and Foster Youth Tax Credit (FYTC)
• Key sunset and changes in tax law applicable for 2024 and prior tax years, claiming 3^rd Stimulus check
• Service provided at our LITC department
