The Live Well San Diego North County Community Leadership Team (NCCLT) is a group of community leaders and stakeholders actively working together with the Health & Human Services Agency North County regions to fulfill the vision of Live Well San Diego. The Live Well San Diego NCCLT aligns its work with the County of San Diego’s vision of building Healthy, Safe, and Thriving communities. The leadership team collaborates, assesses, develops, and guides priorities and activities that improve well-being in the region using evidence-based strategies. All are welcome!
