This event is for family members and/or friends caring for a loved one with dementia. The event will share ways to manage difficult behaviors, ways to care for yourself as a caregiver to avoid burnout and information on community resources to help families navigate the care of their loved one.
Reduce the risk of wandering, falls, household injuries, medication errors, and more by learning important safety tips to keep people living with memory loss safe and well at home. This class is presented by local nonprofit Alzheimer's San Diego. Pre-registration is recommended.
